Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

Lead all finance and accounting activities, preparing monthly management accounts, financial statements, and board reporting while managing the month-end and year-end close process. Oversee the general ledger, reconciliations, and maintenance of accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulatory obligations. Develop and implement robust financial controls, accounting policies, and governance frameworks to support strategic decision-making and commercial growth. Partner with founders to provide commercial insights and scenario analysis, managing relationships with external accountants, auditors, and banking partners. As transaction volumes scale, oversee high-volume transaction processing, payment reconciliations, and settlement activities across multiple markets. Drive the implementation of finance systems, automation, and reporting tools to establish scalable processes for customer funds, deferred revenue, and supplier settlements. Recruit and mentor future finance team members as the organization expands.
