Senior Finance & Accounting Manager

Senior Finance & Accounting Manager to lead the finance function for a high-growth gaming/entertainment venture in India. The role oversees end-to-end accounting operations, monthly financial reporting, tax compliance, cash flow management, and financial planning, while building scalable processes, controls, and governance. Responsibilities include managing journal entries, reconciliations, month-end close, AP/AR, tax filings, statutory audits, financial reporting to management and joint venture partners, and partnering with commercial teams on pricing, feasibility studies, margin analysis, and investment decisions. The position requires strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting, and compliance, with the ability to translate financial data into actionable insights. Preferred qualifications include CPA/ACCA or equivalent and experience in media, marketing services, gaming, esports, or high-growth environments; a proactive, independent, detail-oriented professional with excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
