Senior Filing Specialist to lead filing operations for the Workers’ Compensation Department in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities include mentoring and supporting the filing team, auditing workflows, ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance, collaborating with attorneys and paralegals, training staff, and maintaining efficient team workflows. Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple priorities, and excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. On-site role based in Burbank, CA.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience using case management software preferred
- Leadership or mentoring experience preferred
