Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on Caterpillar® equipment using specialized tools and diagnostic software. Perform preventive maintenance and emergency services to minimize downtime, while maintaining accurate service records and repair orders. Communicate professionally with customers and service teams regarding equipment issues and repair plans, strictly following all safety protocols at every job site. Work onsite in Foothill Ranch, CA, with a starting wage of $38.91-$59.23 based on experience. Continually develop skills through training and hands-on experience to deliver exceptional customer service while solving mechanical challenges.
Required Qualifications
- One-year certificate or Associates degree from a community college or technical school
- Minimum five plus year's of CAT dealer experience
- ten year's heavy equipment industry experience
- equivalent education and experience
