Job Summary
Serve as the strategic technical leader for assigned accounts, influencing technical strategy and business outcomes. Conduct discovery workshops to identify business objectives, document use cases, and operational constraints. Develop high-level architectural alternatives and deliver written design plans for Cohesity implementation teams, covering special phases like migration and cut-over. Present technology deep dives to customer executives and lead cross-functional "tiger teams" to address strategic challenges. Mentor senior engineers and act as the technical point of escalation for all architectural decisions. Provide technical information for RFPs/RFIs and review account team proposals. Lead product-focused cross-functional teams with up to 60% travel.
Required Qualifications

- 15+ years of experience in IT Storage, Backup, Virtualization, Linux CLI Cyber-security & Cyber Resilience
- Expertise in data center design and practices
- data protection, cyber-security, and solutions at web scale
- Expert on the core Cohesity product capabilities
- Must have English language proficiency (Can interact with a degree of fluency when speaking, reading, and writing in a professional and specialized setting)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Expected Travel: Up to 60%
