Job Summary
Senior Field Support Supervisor to lead installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities for KLA systems at customer sites; ensure training and certification of a team of engineers; drive rapid response to critical issues and customer escalations; develop and maintain strong internal and external relationships; hire, coach, and develop a high-performing field support team; present business updates to senior leadership and drive operational excellence through disciplined execution and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- BS/AA degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years in a lead or supervisory role
- 3-5 years supporting semiconductor capital equipment
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Clear communication and confident presentation abilities
- Customer-first mindset with strong interpersonal skills
