Job Summary
Lead field delivery across NSW region, manage Field Supervisors and subcontractor teams to ensure construction and installation works are delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client and quality standards. Act as senior field leadership between operational management and site supervision, directing coordination, performance management, escalation, and alignment of field resources to delivery priorities and outcomes.
