Job Summary
Senior Field Supervisor leads field delivery activities across an allocated region by managing Field Supervisors and subcontractor teams; ensures construction and installation works are delivered safely, to specification, on time and in accordance with client, quality and operational requirements; acts as senior field leadership between operational management and site-based supervision; provides direction, coordination, performance management and escalation control across field delivery activities; accountable for regional field performance rather than day-to-day supervision of every site; provides leadership across work in progress, quality, safety, productivity and issue resolution, and supports disciplined execution through Field Supervisors and associated field resources.
