Job Summary
Senior Field Specialist to oversee WECTEC Staffing field project support and supplemental workforce. Lead staffing discussions and coordinate staffing needs within Westinghouse operations teams; forecast resource demand for near-term projects; develop long-range resource strategy; coordinate between organizational groups to schedule resources and resolve conflicts to meet Safety, Quality, Schedule, and Cost objectives; assign resources to planned and emergent projects; develop training plans and qualification records; coordinate onboarding of contractors and manage time-entry issues; monitor utilization and development with input from Operations. Based out of the Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA, with opportunities for flexible work arrangements.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of project management working knowledge of scheduling and working with small groups
- 3+ years of Resource Management
- Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered
- Can gain unescorted access to utility nuclear sites (i.e. can pass background and drug / alcohol screening)
- Base salary range stated as $85,200.00 to $106,500.00 per year
