Job Summary
Senior Field Specialist supports and manages IT infrastructure and end-user systems across TSA locations in Ottawa and Montreal, ensuring availability, performance, and security. This hybrid role involves hands-on technical support, system upgrades, and collaboration with stakeholders to align IT solutions with organizational goals. The ideal candidate is based in the Greater Ottawa Area or in Cornwall and will oversee IT operations, network security, and technology policies, provide training on Office 365 and other equipment, and manage multiple sites’ IT needs including potential security and access controls.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in implementation and support of IT systems
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle and clean driving record
