Job Summary
Provide direction and oversight for IT operations, network security, and communications systems across multiple GTA locations. Support technology operations, implement new IT systems and policies, and inspect equipment to ensure functionality and efficiency. Manage network-connected systems including security and door controls, while resolving technical and non-technical issues in accordance with incident management processes. Provide training on information technologies such as Office 365 and mobile devices. This 12-month contract role requires a valid driver's license and five years of IT implementation experience, placing you within the MIT team focused on saving frontline time and enhancing service quality.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a diploma or university degree in computer science, engineering or relevant field
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in implementation and support of IT systems
- Must possess a valid driver's license, vehicle and have a clean driving record
- Sound understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), networks etc.
- Strong sense of integrity with professional ethics
- The ability and willingness to drive to the sites in the GTA
