Job Summary
Senior Field Specialist in Atlanta, GA, responsible for on-site technical product services including installations, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and repairs for customers/sales group. Works 25% in home office and 75% in field with travel up to 75%. Requires the ability to operate a corporate vehicle, lift up to 50 lbs, and use electronic test equipment (DMM, oscilloscopes, power meters, sensors). Focus on installing, servicing, and repairing medical device equipment to support sales and customers; provide status updates and documented service reports; ensure work is completed on time per factory specifications; collaborate with colleagues for knowledge transfer; maintain calibrated equipment and trunk inventory; maintain healthcare vendor credentials. Education: Associate degree or technical certification preferred. 4+ years related experience; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Tableau; field-based with travel.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Associate degree or Technical Certification preferred (Electronics, Bio-Medical, Optical, Mechanical) or equivalent military experience
- Experience using standard electronic/laser tools and test equipment, DMM, oscilloscopes, power meters and sensors
- Strong customer service skills

- Organizational skills
- Ability to lift/move 50lbs and perform physical tasks
- Valid US Driver’s license
