Job Summary
Senior Field Specialist in Atlanta, GA; provide on-site technical product services including installations, upgrades, preventative maintenance, and repairs for medical device equipment; serve as primary resource for stakeholders; deliver status updates and detailed service reports; operate to factory specifications and complete on-site tasks on time; identify issues and recommend resolutions; analyze service data for proactive/reactive scheduling; collaborate with colleagues for knowledge transfer; field-based role with 75% travel; must have Associate degree or Technical Certification and 4+ years of related experience; valid US driver’s license; capable of lifting 50 lbs and handling electronics test equipment; comfortable with remote/home-office setup and travel; company vehicle via fleet program; overtime eligible; remote work up to 75% based on customer needs.
Required Qualifications

- A minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Valid US Driver’s license
- Ability to lift or move 50lbs
- Ability to travel up to 75%
- Field-based remote work capability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic technical tools
