Job Summary
Senior Field Specialist Engineer for storage-focused cloud infrastructure at CoreWeave. You will be the primary technical liaison for customers, drive PoC initiatives, prototype and deploy bespoke storage solutions within HPC/cloud environments, and collaborate with Storage product/engineering teams to influence product strategy. Responsibilities include establishing strong technical relationships with customers, leading technical discussions and workshops, prototyping workload optimizations, staying current with Kubernetes, cloud computing trends, and representing CoreWeave at industry events.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science or a related technical discipline, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Engineer, Engineer, Researcher or Technical Account Manager in Cloud Infrastructure focusing on building distributed systems or HPC/cloud services, with an expertise focused on storage solutions
- Fluency in cloud computing concepts, architecture, and technologies with hands-on experience in designing and implementing cloud solutions
- Proven track record with building customer relationships, communicating clearly and the ability to break down complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Familiar with NVIDIA GPUs typically used in AI/ML applications and associated technologies including networking
- Deep understanding of storage/file system protocols and how to integrate them into infrastructure systems
- Proven experience describing storage concepts clearly, along with best practices and an understanding of the storage provider landscape
- Code contributions to open-source inference frameworks (Preferred)
- Experience with scripting and automation related to storage technologies (Preferred)
- Experience with building solutions across multi-cloud environments (Preferred)
- Client or customer-facing publications/talks on latency, optimization, or advanced model-server architectures (Preferred)
