Job Summary
Conduct on-site life extensions, repairs, and inspection activities including machining, NDT, blading, winding, critical welding, and generator diagnostics. Manage maintenance facilities and execute preventive and remedial service plans with some autonomy to modify procedures while meeting quality and timeliness standards. Lead small low-risk projects, mentor less experienced colleagues, and resolve complex manufacturing processes using analytical thinking and technical judgment. Convey performance expectations and handle sensitive issues within the field services team.
Required Qualifications
- advanced experience in the Services & On Site Services
- Knowledge level is comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- a high school diploma with relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
- a high school diploma / GED
- at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
