Job Summary
Senior Field Service Manager responsible for on-site and phone troubleshooting, repair, installation and sales support of industrial power generation equipment for data center customers. Provides technical input to engineering, supports site certification and EPA testing, develops and distributes service bulletins, assists with product training for sales teams, maintains relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, coordinates customer calls, evaluates service parts and changes, and prepares weekly reports. Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent), 10 years of relevant experience, and willingness toTravel. The role involves mission-critical equipment support, customer satisfaction, and collaboration across Sales, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Technical Support.
