Job Summary
Conduct field service and IT support for SME clients across the Galway region, managing Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory, Hyper-V, and Azure environments. Perform on-site diagnostics, network troubleshooting, and device deployment using Intune and SharePoint tools. Requires a full Irish driving license, strong Microsoft technology experience, and legal right to work in Ireland. Based in or near Galway City with immediate start. No visa sponsorship available. Required Qualifications
- Several years strong experience as a Field Engineer or as an experienced IT Technical Support Engineer within a Microsoft environment
- Strong experience with Microsoft technologies, specifically, Windows 10, Office365, Active Directory & Networkings
- Interest in Cloud & Azure
- Windows 10
- Office365 Admin strong skills
- Active Directory

- Networking knowledge
