Senior Field Service Engineer - IT Cloud

Job Summary
Conduct hands-on field support for Microsoft products including Office 365 Administration, Active Directory, Azure, SharePoint, and Hyper-V. Manage client-facing deployments and troubleshooting for Windows 10, Intune, and networking infrastructure. Maintain a full Irish driving license for on-site service and travel across Dublin. This role offers a planned career pathway within an established Microsoft Partner expanding into new Azure Cloud projects. The team environment is described as friendly and supportive of continuous learning through Microsoft certifications. Candidates must be legally able to work in Ireland with an EU passport or valid work permit.
Required Qualifications
- proven, hands-on experience supporting Microsoft products such as Office 365 Administration, Active Directory, Azure, Sharepoint, Firewalls
- working in a client facing field role or you have an internal IT Support role and are interested in Field Service Engineer work
- live in Dublin currently
- legal to work in Ireland with either an EU passport or a proper visa/work permit
- An interest in Cloud & Azure
- Windows 10
- Office365 Admin strong skills
