Job Summary
Manage a designated territory by meeting homeowners face-to-face to promote National Broadband Ireland's fibre solutions and drive sales. Achieve and exceed weekly, monthly, and overall sales targets while accurately submitting daily activity reports and managing leads through efficient route planning. Complete customer applications, ensure customers understand their journey from sign-up to connection, and maintain strict compliance and customer care standards. Become an expert in NBI products and the installation process while contributing ideas to enhance the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- Door-to-door or field sales experience
- Telecommunications or broadband industry knowledge
- Experience managing leads and territory planning
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong focus on achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets
- Self-motivated with a drive to consistently improve performance
