Job Summary
Manage a designated territory by meeting homeowners face-to-face to promote National Broadband Ireland's high-speed fibre solutions and drive sales through direct customer interactions. Achieve and exceed weekly sales volume targets while accurately submitting daily activity reports and managing leads via efficient route planning. Complete customer applications, ensure full understanding of the sign-up journey, and maintain strict compliance standards throughout the process. Submit timely sales data and contribute ideas to enhance the customer experience and team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Door-to-door or field sales experience
- Telecommunications or broadband industry knowledge
- Experience managing leads and territory planning
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Strong focus on achieving daily, weekly and monthly targets
