Senior Field Reimbursement Specialist (Puerto Rico)

Senior Field Reimbursement Specialist for J&J Oncology, responsible for educating healthcare providers on product coverage, prior authorizations, appeals, reimbursement processes, and coding; serve as reimbursement expert for the local team, with up to 50% on-site engagement with HCPs, and travel within the territory (San Juan and Ponce) to address access and affordability challenges. Collaborates with field support teams, sales, medical science, and PECS to educate on access solutions across multiple payer types (Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial) within Puerto Rico. Develops and executes field-based reimbursement and access strategies, builds strong relationships with customers, manages territory logistics and planning, maintains knowledge of payer policies and market dynamics, and demonstrates strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive patient access and support for Janssen therapies.
