Senior Field Operations Technician (Tirana)

Job Summary
Conduct on-site installations and upgrades of products, resolving routine maintenance incidents and troubleshooting onsite customer systems. Visit clients to deliver one-to-one service, implement feedback procedures, and produce pre-installation documentation with detailed task lists. Manage reparation and replacement of modules and parts at the Service Centre while taking evidence of replaced components. Perform regular reporting to function management and develop skills to find resolutions for customer incidents. Requires a High School degree (Bachelor's preferred in engineering), 2+ years of experience, valid B-cat driving license, and English/local language proficiency. Experience with ATM, PoS, vending, or banking technologies is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum High School Degree
- preferably Bachelor's degree in HW/Electronic Engineering, Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering
- Preferably 2+ years of related experience
- Valid driving license B-cat.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills

- Communication skills and ability to work with customers
- English and local language knowledge
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ATM and PoS systems, vending or copy machines
- Experience with banking technologies, transaction processing and applications for self-service equipment
- SAP FSM User interface basic knowledge
