Job Summary
Senior Field Marketing Manager at LinkedIn responsible for designing and executing customer-centric, integrated marketing programs that drive customer growth and acquisition. Lead regional marketing strategy in Australia, define go-to-market plans through initiatives (content, ABM, executive engagement, customer evidence, events), and drive a data-led approach to performance and insights. Partner with Sales, Product Marketing, Communications, and cross-functional teams to translate customer behavior and market trends into strategic recommendations, collaborate for cohesive execution, and leverage AI and agentic workflows to improve marketing effectiveness and scale program execution. Lead multi-channel programs that drive measurable engagement, pipeline, retention and commercial outcomes, with 10+ years of B2B marketing and 5+ years of integrated marketing experience.
