Job Summary
Senior Field Marketing Manager leads regional field marketing strategy and execution across the North East and Canada, driving pipeline generation, revenue acceleration, and customer engagement. Owns end-to-end field marketing plan and calendar for the region, coordinating with Sales, Demand Generation, and Product Marketing to execute programs including events, ABM initiatives, and industry engagements; responsible for budget allocation, event orchestration, audience targeting, messaging, and post-event follow-up to maximize pipeline impact. Partners with regional Sales VPs to align programs with account priorities, supports prospecting and customer expansion, and drives multi-touch, omni-channel campaigns with analytics to optimize performance. Requires 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience with a strong focus on field marketing, extensive event management, and travel up to 50%.
