Job Summary
Senior Customer Field Marketing Manager to own planning and execution of Horizon3.ai’s customer field event motion, including CAB meetings, regional customer roadshows, and user groups, with a portion of the net-new field motion. Responsible for program execution end-to-end (venue sourcing, vendor coordination, attendee recruitment, on-site execution, follow-up), post-event measurement (pipeline, meetings booked, expansion opportunities), and cross-functional collaboration with marketing ops, sales, and product marketing. Must manage budgets and reporting (CPO targets, ROI), travel up to ~30%, and own customer-facing programs like CABs, roadshows, and user groups with measurable pipeline outcomes. Requires strong project management, stakeholder influence, Salesforce for tracking, and familiarity with marketing automation platforms (Pardot, HubSpot). Travel flexibility and executive communication skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
