Job Summary
Execute integrated field marketing strategies for the Americas region to accelerate pipeline, revenue, and retention. Plan and optimize regional events, roadshows, and partner enablement activities while managing budgets and vendor coordination. Collaborate with sales, channel, and ecosystem teams to drive co-marketing initiatives, reference stories, and joint GTM programs. Analyze campaign performance against KPIs including sourced revenue and ROI to identify optimization opportunities. Manage regional marketing plans and forecast spend effectively while serving as a trusted advisor to sales leadership.
Required Qualifications
- 5–8+ years of experience in field marketing, regional marketing, or partner marketing within B2B SaaS or technology organizations
- Proven experience developing partner marketing plans, and executing integrated regional marketing campaigns and events that drive pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong collaboration skills working closely with sales, channel and partner organizations
- Experience working with channel, alliance, or ecosystem partners on joint marketing initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline and revenue impact through field marketing programs
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring campaign performance and event ROI
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms including Salesforce
Desired Qualifications
- Experience within the Atlassian, SaaS, or enterprise software ecosystem
- Familiarity with channel marketing and partner ecosystem models
- Experience supporting multi-country or regional marketing programs across the Americas
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment
