Job Summary
Senior Field Marketing role responsible for defining and executing scalable growth marketing initiatives across new customer acquisition and existing base in Poland, driving demand generation, multi-channel campaigns, and pipeline development. Collaborates with BDRs, sales, account management and central marketing to align go-to-market, optimize conversion rates, manage budgets, and deliver measurable ROI. Requires hands-on CRM/marketing automation experience (Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot), strong analytics, and fluency in Polish and English.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, CRM, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on demand generation and digital marketing
- Proven ability to drive measurable pipeline and revenue impact across both new business and existing customer initiatives
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking, reporting, and optimisation
- Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, or similar platforms
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A structured, proactive, and self-driven way of working, with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluent in Polish and English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience in a senior individual contributor role or leadership exposure is an advantage
