Job Summary
Drive sales growth by developing new business opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers and channel partners. Execute territory and account plans to increase market penetration and achieve assigned sales objectives. Collaborate with distributors and partners to improve commercial performance, customer engagement, and inventory management. Provide product training, education, and technical support to healthcare professionals while analyzing market trends to identify opportunities and recommend commercial actions. Maintain accurate reporting of customer activities and business performance while ensuring compliance with company policies. Travel within the assigned region to support customer engagement and market development activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development within a professional environment
- Proven ability to build customer relationships, manage complex accounts, and achieve commercial objectives
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze market information and translate insights into effective sales actions
- Fluency in English
- Travel within the assigned region
- Compliance with all credentialing requirements at the hospitals or clinics they support
- Employment authorization (E-Verify)
