Job Summary
Install conduit and wiring systems, fabricate and repair parts using machine shop tools, and manage inventory at job sites. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues by observing equipment operations, replacing faulty parts, and interpreting schematic designs to perform repairs in accordance with specifications. Carry out installations for key clients in aircraft hangars, manufacturing plants, and distribution centers while responding to service calls to diagnose and resolve major or minor issues. Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in high voltage troubleshooting or any mechanical repair knowledge on material handling systems such as conveyors, dock lifts, overhead doors, etc in lieu of overhead crane repair/installation experience
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Proficient in reading schematics, and diagnosing electrical failures in overhead systems.
- Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Welding is a plus
- High voltage diagnostic & troubleshooting experience (any equipment/industry)
- Welding certificates or trade schooling
