Job Summary
Lead technical engagements with key customers as the primary point of contact for critical projects, developing tailored solutions and presenting design proposals to influence customer decisions. Oversee on-site testing, installation, and troubleshooting of systems while identifying product gaps for internal feedback. Mentor junior FAEs, provide technical direction, and guide teams through complex field failures and quality improvements. Collaborate with cross-functional HQ and factory teams to align strategies and ensure smooth project execution. Serve as a trusted advisor for data center power electronics and UPS systems, delivering training programs to internal teams, partners, and customers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- 10+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or technical leader in the data center, UPS, or power distribution industry
- Proven leadership experience in customer engagement, project execution, and team mentorship
- Strong background in power electronics and complex system-level problem solving
- Excellent communication, organization, and analytical skills
Desired Qualifications

- 10+ years of experience as a Field Application Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a leadership role within the data center, UPS, or power distribution industry
