Job Summary
Senior Federal Program Manager: US West. Lead programs and high-level projects for a US DoD/Federal portfolio, mine and capture task orders under IDIQ vehicles, engage with clients to understand requirements, and coordinate cross-disciplinary internal design/PM teams and external partners to deliver task orders. Drive proposal development, provide executive-level briefings on pursuit pipeline and risks, and lead teams to deliver for USACE, NavFac, AFCEC, and other DoD/Federal clients. Role focuses on program management, design coordination, pursuit strategy, and cross-functional leadership within the US West Federal portfolio; requires travel up to 30%, US Citizenship, and a STEM bachelor’s degree.
Required Qualifications
- 15 years of professional experience
- 10+ years of Federal experience
- 5+ years working with state/local governments and community stakeholders
- Revit and/or AutoCAD experience
- Network of contacts within DoD, other Federal Gov't agencies
- Understanding of the Federal procurement process (FAR, DFAR, etc.)
- Proven track record mining and winning task orders under IDIQ or similar vehicles
- Knowledge of DoD master planning process and resilience principles
- Experience managing multi-million dollar programs, projects, design, and construction
- Strong client-facing skills and translating end-user requirements into technical/commercial solutions
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage teaming/subcontractor relationships
- Preferred Professional Certification (PE/RA/REM/PMP/PG/LEED AP)
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- Bachelor's degree, preferably STEM
- US Citizen
