Senior Feasibility and Site Engagement Lead

Job Summary
Lead regional feasibility assessments and site identification by building relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, clinical investigators, and research staff to enhance protocol designs and enrollment strategies. Conduct data-driven operational analyses to identify root causes of enrollment hurdles, mitigate risks, and provide actionable recommendations for study startups across early to late-stage assets. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams and CROs to optimize protocol execution, forecast enrollment timelines, and establish geographic country footprints. Proactively address barriers to patient recruitment and retention while representing company interests at national, regional, and international therapeutic area meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) or higher in a scientific, medical or healthcare discipline
- Minimum of 5-7 years of combined experience in all aspects of clinical trials
- Professional knowledge and skills working with oncologic therapeutics
- Experience in clinical trial design, logistics, and evaluation
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements in clinical trials and drug development
- Extensive Local, Regional and International travel
Desired Qualifications
- Appropriate Clinical Operations experience (exception to degree/experience requirements)
