Job Summary
Senior-level Wealth Advisor role in Seattle: acts as a Personal CFO for existing and new clients, leading client relationships and designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive wealth plans across investment management, cash flow planning, multigenerational estate planning, tax planning, risk management, and philanthropic planning. Responsibilities include communicating Brighton Jones’ value proposition to prospective clients, expanding relationships with centers of influence (attorneys, CPAs), representing the firm at events, leading a local service team to ensure high client retention and service excellence, supporting business development and referral generation, and coaching teammates on financial planning strategies. Requires a four-year degree and CFP designation, 6+ years in financial/estate planning, expertise across estate/tax/retirement/insurance/investment planning, and strong integrity, organizational, leadership, and communication skills. In-office, full-time, exempt; salary range $130,000–$300,000 annually with bonus and benefits package.
