Senior Family Support Worker (Community) leads early help responses through School Around the School model, coordinating with schools, families and partners to deliver timely, joined-up interventions. Acts as a key contact for early help within the community, builds multi-agency partnerships to remove barriers and improve outcomes, and supports staff delivering community-based services. Requires experience in early help, family support, or education partnerships; strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills; and a proactive, collaborative approach to improving outcomes for children and families.
