Job Summary

Oversee facility operations across multiple centers, ensuring equipment reliability, asset protection, and consistent maintenance standards. Coach and develop Facility Managers and maintenance teams, strengthening technical skills and troubleshooting capability. Lead preventative maintenance programs to maximize uptime across lanes, arcade attractions, building systems, and F&B equipment. Manage regional facility budgets, capital repairs, vendor contracts, and inventory with financial discipline. Analyze performance trends including downtime, repair costs, and equipment life cycles to drive efficiency improvements. Provide direct technical support during high-volume periods and critical equipment failures. Requires 5+ years of facilities leadership, strong HVAC and mechanical expertise, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Must have HVAC experience with new and old systems
  • Must be able to travel to different Houston locations
  • 5 or more years of facilities leadership with experience managing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong technical background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, specifically with commercial or light commercial HVAC, rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, chillers, package units, VAV boxes, refrigeration crossover: walk-in coolers/freezers, reach-ins, and ice machines
  • Experience in field diagnostics, component level troubleshooting, reading electrical schematics, compressor change-outs, leak detection, and brazing/soldering
  • Experience in preventative maintenance, filter cycles, belt replacements, coil cleaning, and system performance logging
  • Proven ability to develop facility teams and improve operational uptime across a portfolio of locations
  • Advanced financial acumen including capital planning, repair forecasting, vendor negotiation, and cost control
  • Strong command of safety standards, risk management, and regulatory compliance
  • Ability to lift 50 or more pounds, climb ladders, and work in mechanical and technical spaces
  • Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
