Job Summary
Senior Facility Engineer for Digital Edge DC’s data center operations in Asia, based in Chonburi, Thailand. Responsible for planning, operations and maintenance of mission-critical infrastructure; ensuring uptime of electrical, cooling, fire protection and Building Management System, and achieving lowest possible PUE. Oversees maintenance policies, vendor relationships, ISM/EHS/certifications compliance, and supports sales/customer satisfaction; mentors junior staff and ensures quality results. Requires 5+ years in 24x7 facilities, deep knowledge of electrical distribution, cooling, fire protection, and BMS; holds facility-management certifications (e.g., CDCP, CDCS); strong communication, project management and hands-on teamwork; Thai and English fluency.
Required Qualifications
- More than 5 years of work experience in supporting a 24x7 data centre’s facility management
- Extensive operational knowledge of electrical distribution (switchgear, transformers, automatic transfer switch, UPS, STS, battery management systems, generators, PDUs to the branch level), cooling system, fire protection & Building Management system
- Possess facility management and/or data centre related certifications, such as CDCP, CDCS or equivalent
- Fluency in Thai and English is essential
