Senior Facility Coordinator Technical

Job Summary
Handle day-to-day technical facility operations and lead technicians to ensure safe, reliable operation of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG, fire systems). Execute preventive and breakdown maintenance per schedules, monitor critical equipment, and maintain logs. Coordinate with vendors/AMCs for specialized maintenance and timely issue closure. Respond to technical complaints, resolve faults efficiently, and ensure compliance with safety standards and statutory guidelines. Assist in energy management and upkeep of documentation/reports. Requires on-site work in Hyderabad, with strong leadership and hands-on troubleshooting skills to keep facilities running smoothly.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in day-to-day technical facility operations
- Hands-on knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, UPS, DG, and fire systems
