Senior Facilities Technician

Set up, maintain, and repair equipment and systems within the facility while performing service calls, repairs, and installations as directed. Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostic evaluations, and routine inspections on physical plant systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks. Maintain an inventory of parts and tools, ensure work orders contain accurate information, and follow established safety procedures and company policies. May lead less experienced employees and recommend cost savings strategies that do not compromise quality or safety. Complete appropriate paperwork for material purchase and stocking. Requires 4+ years of experience, specific trade licenses preferred, and U.S. citizenship with an active DOD security clearance. Schedule is 9/80.
