Job Summary
Oversee maintenance, operation, and staffing of regional property portfolio as directed by client; act as primary Facilities and Soft Services point of contact for client HQ. Lead and develop a high-performing Facilities/Soft Services team; oversee CMMS with KPI compliance; implement staffing plans, preventative maintenance, and safety programs; drive cost-efficiencies and contract/vendor management; ensure regulatory and internal process compliance; provide reporting and guidance to optimize service delivery and client satisfaction. Requires knowledge of Facilities Management, Building Systems, vendor performance, budgeting, and strong communication skills; Proficiency in MS Office and CMMS; LEED certification preferred with managerial experience in budget and personnel management.
