Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in facilities management, corporate facilities, or workplace operations
- Experience managing multi-site facilities portfolios across office and/or light industrial environments
- Experience overseeing construction projects, office buildouts, or renovations
- Experience with lease coordination, landlord relationships, or site selection activities
- Experience managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and third-party providers
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs and building systems (HVAC, fire/life safety, security)
- Experience managing facilities budgets and capital expenditures
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams)
- Ability to travel approximately 25%
