Job Summary

Develop and monitor a cost savings program aligned with the building control system to ensure plumbing, electrical, heating, and cooling systems operate at peak efficiency. Provide comprehensive training for maintenance, engineering, and grounds staff on equipment and systems while ensuring community facilities comply with federal, state, and local regulations. Lead the development of the annual budget for Maintenance, Engineering, and Grounds, review monthly financial statements for accuracy, and manage outsourced services to maximize resource effectiveness. Deliver beautifully landscaped grounds and maintain secure, well-maintained assets. Within one year of hire, achieve AFE Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM) certification and EPA 608 Universal certification. Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 7 relevant experience in a Facilities Management and supervising staff capacity with a strength in Mechanical, Electrical, Life Safety and Fire Protections Systems
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in management
  • Experience with a CMMS
  • AFE Certified Professional Maintenance Manager (CPMM)
  • EPA 608 Universal certification
  • NFPA 70E certification
  • OSHA 10-Hour General Industry Certification
  • Valid State driver's license
  • Current and valid D.O.T. Physical/Medical Examiner's Certificate indicating successful completion of a D.O.T. Physical Examination
