Senior Facilities Engineer

Senior Facilities Engineer responsible for leading design, installation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems) in a chemical refinery and optics manufacturing environment. Ensures compliance with DOLE, PEZA, BFP, Mechanical Law, and related standards; develops and oversees preventive/predictive maintenance programs; collaborates with cross-functional teams (electrical, civil, structural, R&D) on facility projects; prepares technical reports, specifications, and scopes of work; manages external contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality and EHS standards; monitors budgets related to mechanical systems maintenance and projects; supports attainment of department objectives and compliance obligations including DOLE/PEZA PTI/PTO. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering with a valid mechanical license, eight years of manufacturing experience in facilities/equipment engineering or related fields, strong knowledge of HVAC, boiler, plumbing, fire protection, building automation, and familiarity with ASHRAE/NFPA/OSHA codes, plus project management and leadership skills, CMMS/CAD experience, and proficiency in safety and environmental health practices.
