Job Summary
Provide advanced support to the Missile Defense Agency for facility and real property management and sustainment. Work within interdisciplinary technical teams to plan maintenance activities and facility changes. Support the Government Project Manager in planning, programming, executing, and documenting Military Construction and sustainment, restoration, and modernization projects. Anticipate, track, and document maintenance activities using BUILDER e-SMS and ISR-I systems. Review facility infrastructure concerns, coordinate scope of work, and prepare decision documentation for General Officer/Senior Executive Service levels. Coordinate government cost estimates and track project funding while surveilling contractor activities and technical designs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of relevant experience
- Master's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience
- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DoW Secret security clearance
- US Citizenship
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
Desired Qualifications
- Missile Defense Agency and DoW facility O&S engineering management
- Working projects in conjunction with the United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) and host installation Department of Public Works (DPW)
- Facility condition assessments, facility repair, and renovation project standup and execution
- USACE/Host Installation construction, repair, and renovation projects surveillance and oversight
- Project planning, design scoping, and schedule development and analytics
- Developing, implementing, and revising facility systems operations and maintenance manuals
- Facility planning and engineering to support stakeholder requirements
- Specialized relevant DoW facilities engineering and maintenance knowledge
- Electrical/power systems experience
