Senior Export Sales Executive.

Job Summary
Conduct market research to identify new international markets, sales opportunities, and customer needs. Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social media, then arrange meetings and conference calls with prospective international customers. Prepare professional presentations, negotiate commercial terms, close sales deals, and handle objections. Manage key accounts, maintain updated customer databases, and follow up on pending orders to ensure satisfaction. Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and gather feedback for team insights. Collaborate with the Export Sales Manager to develop and implement effective business and sales plans.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field
- 4–7 years of experience in export sales, international sales, or a similar position
- Previous experience managing international customers and export markets
- Good knowledge of logistics, shipping, and export procedures
- Experience managing key accounts and developing long-term customer relationships
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent negotiation and deal-closing abilities
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills
- Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to conduct market research and develop customer databases
- Location: New Nozha, Cairo, Egypt

Desired Qualifications
- A degree in Business Administration is preferred
- French language proficiency is preferred
- Relevant certifications in export management, international trade, logistics, or sales are considered an advantage
