Job Summary
Senior Expert Science & Technology - Oligonucleotide responsible for designing, planning, and performing analytical experiments for DS/DP development; develop and validate robust analytical methodologies for oligonucleotide therapeutics with emphasis on LC techniques (RP/IEX/HILIC) and MS; lead and coordinate lab activities, mentor project team members, and contribute to global project strategies; author analytical documents supporting project strategies and regulatory interactions; ensure compliance with GMP/GLP/QM and Novartis guidelines; require PhD in Analytical Chemistry with at least 5 years in pharmaceutical analytical development and strong technical and writing skills; role located in Hyderabad, India.
Required Qualifications
- PhD in Analytical Chemistry (or equivalent) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in pharmaceutical analytical development
- Strong expertise in oligonucleotide analytics
- Proven expertise in liquid chromatography separation techniques, including RP, IEX, and HILIC (mandatory)
- Experience in mass spectrometry, including mass confirmation, impurity quantification, and sequencing (asset)
- Solid GMP experience (mandatory)
- Strong scientific foundation with excellent communication skills, including presentations and scientific/technical writing
