Job Summary
Plan and control daily production workflows, manage reclamation and repair schedules, and oversee the spare parts business. Ensure adherence to corporate KPIs, cost and resource targets, and regulatory requirements while implementing strategic directives alongside the Senior Manager. Lead optimization projects for business processes and maintain the ERP system. Develop internal qualification standards and collaborate across the plant with the Product Unit Machines and Schweinfurt site. Represent the Senior Manager functionally and maintain the necessary professional network. Requires a commercial background with extensive production planning experience, ERP proficiency, and leadership potential. Based in Stollberg, this senior role offers a global career path within Fresenius Medical Care's Care Enablement segment.
Required Qualifications
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Produktionsplanungs- und Forecasting-Prozessen
- Kenntnisse im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen
- Kenntnisse in Methoden zur Organisations- und Prozessoptimierung
- Sehr gutes Verständnis für Abläufe, Prozesse und mögliche Abhängigkeiten in einem produzierenden Unternehmen
- Allgemeine IT-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Microsoft Office oder vergleichbaren Anwendungen
- Kenntnisse in der Materialwirtschaft und in ERP-Systemen
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur perspektivischen Übernahme von Führungsverantwortung
