Job Summary
Develop and continuously improve OT security architectures and standards across global environments. Own the vulnerability management lifecycle, including identification, assessment, prioritization, and remediation tracking for industrial systems like ICS and SCADA. Perform risk analyses to define mitigation strategies aligned with operational constraints while establishing processes for continuous monitoring. Collaborate with SOC teams to ensure effective detection and response for OT-related incidents, acting as the central interface between IT, engineering, and production teams. Support incident response activities and ensure compliance with frameworks such as IEC 62443 and NIS2. Document security controls to maintain audit readiness and coordinate with external vendors for solution implementation.
Required Qualifications
- Successfully completed a degree in information technology, cybersecurity, engineering or a comparable field
- Several years of professional experience in IT security, ideally with a focus on OT / industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of network technologies and protocols across IT and OT environments
- Experience with industrial systems such as ICS and SCADA as well as OT-specific security challenges
- Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection and network segmentation solutions
- Understanding of security frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g. IEC 62443, NIS2, ISO standards)
- Experience in incident response and vulnerability management
- Fluency in English
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with OT security platforms (e.g. Claroty, Nozomi, Microsoft Defender for IoT) is a strong advantage
- Strong communication skills and the ability to make technical concepts understandable to non-technical stakeholders
- Independent work styl, manage tasks effectively and alignment of activities with overall security strategies
- A hands-on mentality combined with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
