Job Summary

Senior Computational Scientist on the Oncology Data Science team, leading design, analysis, and interpretation of high-dimensional omics data (bulk RNA-seq, DNA-seq, CRISPR, drug screening) to inform target identification, drug development, and patient biomarker discovery. Collaborates with interdisciplinary wet-lab and computational scientists to develop profiling strategies, integrate multi-modal datasets, apply advanced bioinformatics and machine learning methods, and communicate integrative analyses to cross-functional stakeholders. Focuses on identifying novel targets for induced proximity modalities, elucidating mechanism of action, and supporting patient stratification, with strong emphasis on translational insight and rigorous analytical workflows.

Required Qualifications

  • PhD in Computational Biology, System Biology, Bioinformatics, Data/Computer Science, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of cancer biology and multi-modal data types such as genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics and phenotypic screening data
  • Proficiency in programming languages for bioinformatics (e.g., Python, R) with UNIX/Linux experience
  • Experience with AI-assisted coding tools and reproducible pipelines
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences
