Job Summary
Senior Experience Designer tasked with a 12-month max-term contract to support a strategic digital transformation: migrating a legacy customer-facing application to a cloud platform. Deliver UX designs, create delivery-ready artefacts (user flows, wireframes, interaction designs, annotations), define UI components within the global design system, and identify pragmatic uplifts to modernise journeys. Partner with developers and delivery teams to ensure feasible, high-quality implementation, and ensure compliance with WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility and brand requirements. The role emphasizes customer-centred design, collaboration across disciplines, and balancing speed, quality, and outcomes, with an expectation of 60% in-office time in Melbourne, Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Experience delivering UX design for digital products across web and mobile.
- Strong capability working within enterprise design systems and contributing new components.
- Proven experience producing delivery-ready artefacts in agile delivery environments.
- Proficiency with Figma, responsive design practices and accessibility standards.
