Job Summary
Senior Experience Designer to design AI-augmented experiences for mission-critical scenarios across government, public safety, and enterprise; collaborate with UX researchers to translate field insights into rapid ideation, prototypes, and production-ready designs; maintain close cross-functional cooperation with product, business, and engineering teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment; requires 3+ years of UX/Product Design experience, portfolio, and expertise in AI/ML-driven design, data visualization, and Figma; located in Krakow, Poland with on-site collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX/Product Design experience
- portfolio showcasing detailed use cases
- Deep understanding of designing for AI/ML-driven products
- Experience with data visualization and explainable AI
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered design tools
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools
- Strong visual design with design systems and documentation
- Experience collaborating across disciplines and communicating design decisions
- Professional fluency in English
